The thesis clarifies and systematizes theoretical issues regarding the assurance of workers’ political rights in industrial zones in Vietnam in general and in Ho Chi Minh city in particular, in accordance with the Vietnamese political system.
The thesis identifies the strengths and limitations of the mechanisms for ensuring workers’ political rights in current practice in Ho Chi Minh city.
The thesis proposes feasible solutions to improve the efficiency of ensuring the political rights of workers in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh city.
New points derived from research and survey results:
The thesis identifies issues raised from the analysis of the current state of ensuring workers’ political rights in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh city today.
On that basis, the thesis forecasts influencing factors, perspectives, orientations, and 05 solutions to ensure workers’ political rights in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh city for the 2025-2030 period, with a vision to 2045, including:
(1) Raising political and ideological awareness for workers and management subjects in ensuring workers’ political rights in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh city;
(2) Enhancing the role of the political system in ensuring workers’ political rights in industrial zones in Ho Chi Minh city;
